  • How to purchase Tickets?

    • You may purchase at any SM Ticket Outlets at selected SM Cinema, SM Store (Customer Service), SM Bowling, SM Skating, Eastwood Mall, Lucky Chinatown Mall concierge, and at the SM Mall of Asia Arena Coral Ticket Booth (outlet online link) and online via SMTICKETS.COM

  • How to purchase Tickets online?

    • Go to www.smtickets.com.
    • Login or sign up.
    • Click “Select events” and search for the event you are looking for and then click “Go”
    • Select your desire section and seat/s then click “Add”.
    • Review your order summary.
    • Choose your payment method: Debit/Credit Card: Visa and Master Card, Gcash, Maya, and GrabPay.
    • Agree to full Term & Condition and Data Privacy Policy.
    • Click “Proceed to payment”
    • Enter your payment information then click proceed.
    • Once successful, tickets voucher will appear under My Account, My Tickets.
    • E-Tickets will appear under My Account (My Tickets), My E-Tickets
    • Print your tickets voucher, you may claim your physical tickets at any SM Tickets outlets any time before the show date. (E-tickets- just present the E-ticket on the day of the event).

  • CLAIM TICKET VOUCHER AND E TICKETS

  • Where can i view my Voucher?

    • Ticket voucher will appear under My Account *My Ticket
    • Print your claim tickets voucher, and redeem your physical tickets at any SM Tickets outlets any time before the show date.

  • Where can i view my E-tickets?

    • E-Tickets will appear under My Account *My Tickets * My E-Tickets
    • just present the E-ticket on the day of the event, E-tickets are not redeemable for an actual ticket.
    • Please read the Terms and Conditions of the E-Tickets.

  • I can't download my E-tickets

    • If you can’t download the E-ticket, check if there is a pop-up blocker or try other PDF file reader to view the E-Tickets.

  • REDEMPTION

  • Where can i redeem my actual tickets?

    • You may redeem at SM Ticket Outlets, selected SM Cinema, SM Store (Customer Service), SM Bowling, SM Skating, Eastwood Mall, Lucky Chinatown Mall concierge, and at the SM Mall of Asia Arena Coral Ticket Booth.

  • Can I claim the actual tickets but the card holder is my relative/friend?

    • As per SM Tickets policy, the SM Tickets account owner and the credit card holder should be the same and can only claim the actual tickets. However, we will allow unmatched account names for immediate family as long as you can present the printed claim ticket voucher, scanned copy of credit card holder's valid IDs, your valid IDs and authorization letter from the credit card holder upon redemption at any SM Tickets Outlets nationwide.

  • DISCOUNT

    20% discount for Senior Citizen, PWD (Persons with disabilities), National Athletes/Coaches, and Medal of Valor, Tickets are non-transferrable


  • REFUND AND REVERSAL

  • How can I request for cash refund/card reversal POSTPONED EVENTS.?

    Cash payment transaction – Metro Manila refund locations
    Please register at https://smtickets.com/refund/ and choose preferred date of your refund. Do not forget to bring your actual/physical tickets on the date of your refund.
    NO REFUND SCHEDULE, NO REFUND.

    Cash payment method – Provincial Ticket Buyers
    Please email customercare@smtickets.com with the subject line Refund Request: (event name) and SM Tickets will send instructions and requirements on how to refund.

    Credit Card / Debit card payment Transaction – Metro Manila & Provincial Ticket Buyers
    1. Tickets bought Over-The-Counter/ Tickets bought online and physical tickets were redeemed.
    Please register at https://smtickets.com/refund/ and choose preferred date of your refund.
    Do not forget to bring your actual/physical tickets on the date of your SCHEDULE.

    Credit Card / Debit card payment Transaction – Metro Manila & Provincial Ticket Buyers
    2. Tickets bought online but tickets were unredeemed (Patron still holding vouchers)
    Kindly Email your Claim Ticket Voucher and send to customercare@smtickets.com with the subject line: Reversal Request: (EVENT NAME)
    *Please note card reversals may take 30 to 60 days

  • How can I request for cash refund/card reversal CANCELLED event?

    Cash payment transaction – Metro Manila refund locations
    *Please register at https://smtickets.com/refund/ and choose preferred date of your refund. Do not forget to bring your actual/physical tickets on the date of your refund.
    NO REFUND SCHEDULE, NO REFUND.

    Cash payment method – Provincial Ticket Buyers
    Please email customercare@smtickets.com with the subject line Refund Request: (event name) and SM Tickets will send instructions and requirements on how to refund.

  • Can I ask for the status of my card reversal?

    Email your control number and concern to customercare@smtickets.com with subject Reversal Status_control number or call SM Customer Care hotline 8470-2222 (10am-7pm only).

  • VACCINATION

  • Can I go to a concert event if i'm not Vaccinated (covid-19)?

    For SM Mall of Asia Arena Events and Other Event Venue
    1. only FULLY VACCINATED individuals will be allowed.
    2. For minors, only FULLY VACCINATED are allowed and should be accompanied by a FULLY VACCINATED parent or guardian.
